For your enjoyment contact the Front Desk to sign out as available: chess, checkers, scrabble, monopoly, connect four, and lawn games. Also, visit our on-site bowling alley. Bowling is free to play nightly, open from 7pm-10pm.

Set your course for Sebasco Harbor Resort, a timeless coastal retreat nestled in Casco Bay. Our protected harbor offers the perfect place to moor your vessel, unwind in serene surroundings, and enjoy everything our resort has to offer—from dockside dining to a stunning golf course, lobster bakes, and breathtaking sunsets. Open from 8am to 8pm, services can be booked through our Dockwa.

Cancellation Policy - For any reservation cancellation (excluding any bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 14 days’ notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back less a $40 cancellation fee. For any reservation for 7 nights or longer in any Suite, Cottage, Room, the deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable for any reason at any time. If any cancellation is made within 14 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable. Promotional Offerings may have different policies that supersede this one.  For any reservations made for stays during July and August, any reservation cancellation (excluding any bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 30 days’ notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back less a $40 cancellation fee. If any cancellation is made within 30 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable. Promotional Offerings may have different policies that supersede this one. 

Our facility fee is $25.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.

Nightly rates based on double occupancy: Minimum night stays may apply weekends and peak season.

Additional persons over the age of twelve years old add: $20.
Maximum Occupancy: Rooms with 1 bed = 2 persons, 2 beds = 4 persons.

Accommodations reserved by location. Specific rooms within location reserved will not be guaranteed. Proximity of multiple room reservations cannot be guaranteed. All requests will be honored to the best of our ability.

Sebasco Harbor Resort & Golf Club is a smoke free property – all smoking is prohibited on Sebasco grounds.

Pets are allowed and require a pet fee of $75.

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, exclusive use of all facilities and parking is restricted to registered guests only. (Included in Facility Fee) 1 vehicle per room only. Public lots available off premises for additional vehicles at owner’s expense.

Payment in full for length of stay is due upon arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Amex credit cards, sorry no cash accepted.

Departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for balance of reserved period.
