October Employee of the Month
Liz Von Heune (Front Desk) is the October recipient and is always reliable for her shifts….and any others as needed. She engages with all guests in a professional yet friendly and personal manner and wows them with her great knowledge of Bath, Popham, and all things of interest to visitors. She is always helpful in any areas needed …housekeeping, pro shop, banquets, bell, activities and more! Great job Liz!

September Employee of the Month
Tamara Balan (F&B Server/Hostess) gives 100% whenever and wherever she is scheduled without complaint. She has endured a tough schedule the entire season working wedding party’s then getting up to work breakfast the next morning always with a smile on her face. She always goes the extra mile to ensure our guests get exceptional service. It is so important to her that she does a good job and is very grateful to be here at Sebasco. YAY!

August Employee of the Month
Andrew Brooks (Pilot House dinner) is a rookie this year but comes from ‘Sebasco Stock’ as his grandfather worked here successfully for many years – also winnng this honor! Andrew, Pilot House assistant chef, keeps a positive attitude while practicing a sense of urgency. He is willing to help out wherever needed and will often go to Ledges to help cover breaks or lend a hand during a rush. Well deserved Andrew!

July Employee of the Month
Marius Barbu (F&B Server) continually goes above and beyond the call of duty and always in the best interest of our guests. He has worked his schedule and will do anything that is asked of him without complaint. Because of his hard work, he was promoted during the season to Supervisor! Go Marius!

June Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Danielle Francisco (Housekeeping) for winning the honor due to her commitment to our guests accommodations and comfort. Dani won the Spirit Award last season and the hits keep coming! Dani has always gone above and beyond and is recognized for her continued efforts! Go Dani!

May Employee of the Month
Ryan Burgess’ (Ledges Kitchen) work included not only what he does in the Ledges – working tirelessly in our busiest restaurant – but for the second season in a row he has worked in maintenance prior to opening. Ryan’s work with the paintbrush has helped the maintenance crew move on to other projects while he puts the finishing touches on a room. Congratulations on a well deserved honor!
