Sebasco Harbor Resort: A place of beauty, a space to play, a chance to reconnect. Once you've experienced the uniqueness of Sebasco, you'll want to share it and now you can by entering the Sebasco Pure Maine Vacation Video Contest.

From May 1 thru September 30, enter your one-minute video in each of the following three categories: Sebasco as a place of beauty (think our beautiful scenery), Sebasco as a space to play (think the many fun activities we offer) or Sebasco as a chance to reconnect (think family reunions and get-togethers big or small). Each month we'll award a $50 gift certificate, valid for all goods and services including accommodations, to monthly winners in all three categories. All winning entries will then be in the running for the grand prize -- a 2-night Lighthouse and Lobster Package and your video featured on our website!

Simply put together your 60-second (or less) video highlighting Sebasco in one of the three categories. Then post your video at the Sebasco YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/sebascoharborresort. and send your contact information along with a link (URL) to your video to Video@Sebasco.com. Eligible winners will be selected within 10 days of the preceding month.

So pull out your past Maine Vacation videos and memories or bring your video camera along on your next visit to Sebasco and send us your entry now! We can't wait to see it.


How To Enter the Sebasco Pure Maine Vacation Video Contest

Contestants should submit their home video taken at Sebasco Harbor Resort for consideration. The video should be no longer than 1 minute in length, and should fit one of the 3 categories: Activity (a place to play), Scenic (a place of beauty), Family (a chance to reconnect). Videos should be submitted to Sebasco Harbor Resort as a video response via YouTube, at http://www.youtube.com/user/sebascoharborresort.

Sebasco Harbor Resort will chronicle the contest entries and post the winning videos on the Sebasco Harbor Resort site. Please check back on this site for details and visit Maine vacation for Maine vacation packages at our pure Maine vacation resort.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. To enter Sebasco Pure Maine Vacation Video Contest, contestants must submit a home video taken on the property of Sebasco Harbor Resort. The video should be submitted to Sebasco Harbor Resort, LLC via posting a video response on YouTube with copy and contact information to VIDEO@SEBASCO.COM The contestant will be required to open a free You Tube account if they do not already have one established.

2. Entries will be judged on relevance to theme. Entries that include offensive or abusive language will be disqualified. Entries may be submitted between now and September 30th 2010 and must be received no later than September 30th 2010. All entries become property of Sebasco Harbor Resort, LLC. Entry into the Sebasco Pure Maine Vacation Video Contest constitutes consent to use entrant's video for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited.

3. This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age and older as of time of entry, except the owners, agents and employees of Sebasco Harbor Resort, LLC and members of their immediate families, the owners, agents, and employees of Ethos Marketing and Design, DBA Results Marketing, and their immediate families.

4. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received, will not be eligible.

5. The best entry from all eligible entries based on the above-referenced judging criteria will be selected within the first 10 days of the following month. Judging for the Contest will be performed by the management of Sebasco Harbor Resort and its marketing partner Ethos Marketing and Design DBA Results Marketing. LLC. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or by e-mail.

6. One winner will be selected in each category, each month. The winners will be awarded: A $50 gift certificate to Sebasco Harbor Resort valid for all resort goods and services including accommodations available at the time of booking. A Grand Prize winner will be chosen at the close of the contest in October. The Grand Prize winner will win a 2-night Lighthouse and Lobster Package and their video featured on the Sebasco Harbor Resort website. Winner must accept prize in its entirety or prize will be forfeited and the entrant who submitted the next best entry will be selected as the winner.

7. A winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification and winner's complete response must be received by Sponsor within 14 days from the date of the prize notification. If not, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may be asked to complete an affidavit and release.

8. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed except by Sebasco Harbor Resort LLC.

9. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to defend and hold harmless Sebasco Harbor Resort LLC, their affiliates and subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Contest. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. Winner's name may be posted on Sebasco's website and in e-mail newsletters and collateral material, all of which will be included in a signed release by the winner.

10. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Maine. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by the Sebasco Harbor Resort, LLC by e-mail and/or mail.
