Isaac Aldrich, Sebasco's Executive Chef is a native of Durham, Maine, and is beginning his second season at Sebasco after eight years in Denver, Colorado, where he was Executive Sous Chef at Epicurean Catering, LLC, which creates menus and produces food for the Denver Broncos Executive Suites.
“As much as I liked the excitement of living and working in the national sports spotlight, I am so happy that I returned to my home state with my family after nearly a decade away,” said Aldrich. “Sebasco’s exquisite setting on the Coast of Maine and its emphasis on native Maine seasonal foods is exactly in line with my philosophy and dreams as a chef.” Aldrich oversees all of Sebasco’s dining offerings, including its multiple restaurants and its extensive wedding and event management.
Chef Isaac was a finalist for the 2014 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year where he presented his signature dish - Lobster Carbonara - to the judges and event audience.
