Van Tours – Scenic & Historic Phippsburg
Join a local historian for a scenic and historic tour of Phippsburg. This old Maine town, incorporated in 1814, is one of the nation's most historically significant and scenically beautiful coastal areas.

Enjoy the sights and scents of the woodlands along winding roads that once were Indian trails by the rivers and the sea. Diversity distinguishes the character of the ten villages around the peninsula’s perimeter—seaside fishing settlements nestled on steep ledges, resorts along broad beaches, river and countryside communities.

Scenic Train Excursions
We have joined forces once again with Maine Eastern Railroad to give our guests the opportunity to take part in these amazing same-day adventures. Sebasco will make all your arrangements and even provide transportation to/from the Bath Depot. Climb aboard their restored vintage railcars for a carefree journey through the spectacular scenery of mid-coast Maine, between Bath and Rockland. You’ll experience charming seaside villages, picturesque sailboats, lobstermen working their traps on the bay, tidewater wildlife, and, in autumn, magnificent foliage.

When you disembark in Rockland you’ll have approximately 3 1⁄2 hours to visit 2 nationally acclaimed museums, 18 art galleries and 23 restaurants, all in an easy walk from the downtown Rockland train station.
