The Lighthouse at Sebasco Harbor Resort is the ideal place for guests seeking comfort with incredible oceanfront views. It was built in 1940 by Nathan Cushman, the original owner of Sebasco. Though never intended to be a working lighthouse it has served as a landmark for mariners ever since.
The Lighthouse accommodations on the Maine coast include 10 guest rooms, each with a private bath. There is one room with a king bed, three rooms with 2 double beds, and six queen bedded rooms. Each room is unique with windows overlooking stretches of sparkling water dotted with rocky ledges.
The Lighthouse's top floor has the feel of a Victorian promenade deck. Windows encircle the floor and guests can relax in any of the wicker day beds, chairs, or on the cushioned window seats. It has long been the best place at Sebasco to watch the sunset over Casco Bay.
