The rooms in our classic Main Lodge feature views of our freshwater lake, the golf course or our beautiful gardens. At the edge of the harbor is the unique Lighthouse, which has 10 guest rooms boasting a view to Harbor Island and beyond to Casco Bay. Cottages are scattered throughout the resort’s extensive grounds, and our Harbor Village Suites and Fairwinds Spa Suites provide the ultimate luxurious experience.

Ask Us About Our Modified American Plan
The Modified American Plan (MAP) is a great value and includes a full breakfast and dinner each day. The MAP is $48* per person, per day, plus the quoted room rate. Children 10 years of age and under dine at no charge when accompanied by an adult and ordering from the children’s menu.
